The Aspens Show

There is something both dazzling and comforting about Fall in Colorado. Leaves glitter and dance, the weather starts to slip into winter in chilly bursts as it always does and you look forward to hearing your feet crunch through fading foliage.

Laura Reilly’s October show “The Aspens Show” captures both those feelings with crisp colors, familiar landscapes and tumbling clouds. Mountains stand tall while bristlecone pines flank the green-gold aspen. Creeks froth and burble as fallen leaves swirl in lazy eddies. Laura’s paintings will make your heart beat in the well-known rhythm of the High Country.

“The Aspen Show” opens on First Friday Art Walk in Old Colorado City on October 3rd and continues through end of the month.
