Taking Care of the Givers

No matter who you care for, whether it's your job as a caregiver, giving care to a loved one, or taking care of yourself this workshop is for you. It’s hard to find a minute for ourselves in today’s world, we often don’t realize the importance of rest and rejuvenation. In this two-hour guided workshop Desiree and Kaye, teachers at Yoga Studio Satya, will guide you through a variety of self-care practices to include mudras, breathwork, journaling, somatic movement, trigger point myofascial release and meditation. “You are magnificent beyond measure, perfect in your imperfections, and wonderfully made.” —Abiola Abrams.
