Immerse yourself in the ethereal sounds of crystal singing bowls made out of quartz and tuned to 432hz. Listening to this healing frequency can promote deep relaxation, improve sleep, reduce pain, relieve stress, calm anxiety, and promote overall well-being. Metal tuning forks will be used to balance the energetic centers that exist within your body. This sound bath will leave you in a state of pure bliss!
