Yoga is more than a pose—it's a way of life. This immersive workshop is an invitation to explore what it truly means to live the yogic path through the power of sadhana—a consistent, intentional daily practice that nourishes your body, mind, and soul.
Together, we’ll explore how to create a personalized, meaningful daily ritual rooted in ancient yogic wisdom and adapted for modern life.
In this workshop, you’ll:
– Learn the meaning and purpose of sadhana in yogic tradition
– Explore the key elements of a complete daily practice: asana (movement), pranayama (breathwork), meditation, mantra, oracle and self-study
– Learn a sacred morning or evening ritual aligned with your lifestyle and intentions
– Receive guidance on consistency, discipline (tapas), and self-compassion in practice
– Deepen your connection to the yogic path—on and off the mat
This workshops will then lead to a 30 day optional challenge. We will connect via a group chat that will include daily guidance, and connection with those in the group.
