Mosaic Sugar Skull Class

Let's celebrate Dia de loes Muertos (Day of the Dead) by making your own sugar skull. In this class you will have a variety of mosaic tiles, glass, beads, ball chain and an assortment of embellishments to create your own unique sugar skull. You will learn the basic technique of nipping glass and tiles, adhering them to your 8x6 sugar skull substrate then finish by grouting. The glue has to dry a minimum of 24 hours so you will be finishing this at home with the grout. Directions and a video will be made available to you on how to grout.

Cost: $75 includes all materials. Feel free to bring your own embellishments but make sure that they have a flat back.

Experience: beginner on up
Ages: 14 on up

Class in non refundable. If you contact Cathy at least 24 hours prior to the class you will receive a 50% credit towards a future class.
