Functional Feasting: Eating for Immunity - Cooking Class with Chef Stevie

Food really is medicine! Join Chef Stevie of Khronology Functional Wellness to learn all about foods that can help boost your immunity as we come into cold and flu season, then cook and eat some delicious immune boosting recipes! $45 per person includes hands on cooking class and instruction, take home recipes, and ingredients. Class held at the teaching kitchen of the Arc of the Pikes Peak Region. All ingredients, recipes and equipment will be provided.

About Chef Stevie:
Chef Stevie has over 30 years experience as a chef and nutritionist, starting her career in New Orleans where she is from. She believes food should both be good AND good for you!

Tickets must be purchased no later than 5pm Monday 9/29/25 to reserve your spot and allow for ingredient purchasing. $45 Please notify us if you have any food allergies or intolerances and we will do our best to accommodate.
