As climbers we enjoy the challenge of the rock. We enjoy feeling strong and skilled. We enjoy the sense of accomplishment with a send or passing the crux.

We train our bodies in various ways.

But do we train our minds? When in fact, some elite climbers say that's 95 to 100% of the game.
