Ready to go to the finish line? Our Training for Race Series program will prepare you to confidently complete a 5K run/walk, just in time for the YMCA Race Series: Creepy Crawl, Turkey Trot, and Jingle Jog.
Over this 6-week program, you’ll receive:
A customized training plan created by a certified professional
Weekly group training run/walks
Three expert-led 5K preparation clinics
Built-in accountability and support every step of the way

Program Details
When: Mondays at 5:30 PM, September 15 – October 24 (6 weeks)
Where: Cottonwood Creek Family Center YMCA
Registration Requirements:
When you sign up for the training program, you must register for at least one of the three races (with the option to register for all). You’ll receive 20% off each race, the lowest pricing available. Register for all three races and earn a 2025 Commemorative Race Series Medal!
