Connection Meditation Sound Bath Event at In-Balance Studio on Sept 6,2025 at 4pm

Welcome to our meditation Sound Bath Event at In-Balance Studio located at 2820 E Pikes Peak Ave. On Sept 6th at 4 p.m. Enjoy the healing sounds of sound therapy in this one hour event. We will provide a yoga mat to sit or lay on. You can also bring a pillow and a blanket. THIS EVENT IS NON-REFUNDABLE.

A sound bath is a meditative and therapeutic experience where participants are "bathed" in sound waves. It typically involves lying down in a comfortable position while a practitioner plays instruments such as singing bowls, gongs, chimes, or tuning forks.
