Cave of the Winds Soundbath
Imagine stepping into a hidden cave, its walls glistening with magical colors and the flickering light of candles placed throughout the space. The air is cool and fresh, carrying the earthy scent of minerals. As you walk deeper into the cave, the stillness and quiet, creates a soothing feeling that immediately begins to calm your mind.
The space opens up into a large cavern, where you are invited to set up chairs or mats with pillows and blankets for comfort. You'll notice a large collection of ancient instruments—Tibetan singing bowls, gongs, didgeridoo, native flutes, drums, and chimes—each one chosen for its unique ability to resonate with the natural frequencies of the cave. The ceiling of the cave rises high above, creating an acoustically perfect environment where every sound is amplified and enriched.
As the session begins, you'll be guided into a blissful state of BEing, settling into your breath and body. The first notes of the singing bowls emerge, their vibrations moving through the stone walls and into your body, creating a deep sense of connection with the earth beneath you. The sound waves interact with the natural acoustics of the cave, creating a surround-sound experience that feels like the cave itself is singing.
The gongs follow, their deep, resonant tones reverberating through the cavern, stirring your inner being and aligning your energy with the primal rhythms of nature. As the sound intensifies, the magical instruments begin to hum, their subtle frequencies blending with the surroundings, creating a symphony of healing vibrations.

8pm-9:30pm (doors open at 7:30pm)
Dress warmly, cave is 55*, bring camp chair, blankets, pillows, yoga mat, whatever will allow you to get cozy and comfortable to rest in stillness for 90min.
