We are pleased to announce a new SAND Volleyball tournament on 8/10. With two brackets of play, everyone can have fun! We will have a live band, Polish food, and a full bar available. Enjoy entrance into PCC's Polish Beer Garden through the event with registration (non-registered players- $10 cover charge for the Beer Garden to be collected by the PCC). Each team will receive a FREE bucket of White Claws or beer (1 per player)! The winning teams will receive prizes or bar spend gift cards (based on the number of players) and a CLUBWAKA trophy celebrating your victory!

Where: Polish Community Center - 225 Washington Ave Ext, Albany, NY 12205
When: August 10th, 11:45 am - 7:00 pm (estimated based on team turnout)
Schedule (teams will have breaks to enjoy the music, food, and drinks)
Gameplay (estimated based on team turnout)
11:45 am: Check-in / and warmups space
12:30 pm - 3:30 pm: Qualifiers
4:00 pm - 6:00 pm: Elimination rounds
6:30 pm: Championship

1:00 pm: Polish Beer Garden opens
1:00 pm: Food for purchase
6:00 pm -9:00 pm: Live band (STU)
Format
Coed 6v6 (2 female players on the court at all times)
Competitive Bracket
For intermediate to advanced teams
The winning team will receive prizes (PCC Bar tab and/or prizes based on team turnout)
Trophy for the undisputed 2025 CLUBWAKA champion
Recreational Bracket
For recreational, and I just want to have fun teams
A special trophy for the winning team.
Winning team players will receive Waka Bucks good towards a future CLUBWAKA season (based on team turnout)
5-6 Games guaranteed
Each game is played to 25 points

$25 Early pricing before 7/25 (includes a free drink)
$30 Regualr pricing after 7/25 (includes a free drink)

The Beergarden entrance is free for paid players. All others will be charged $10 at the door by the PCC.
The Beer Garden is a special event held in the PCC's pavilion, packed with music, dancing, a live band, great food, and drinks!
