Schools Out, Museums On: Cursive & Calligraphy

Is school closed and you're not sure what to do with your kids? Look no further! Come to Shaker Heritage Society for a FREE Museum Day. On November 11th, from 10am - 1pm, we will be hosting a FREE dive into the secret language of adults. Where kids of all ages will learn the basics of cursive and calligraphy. Kids will have the opportunity to try out their new skills on a real slate chalk board and also on paper. Kids will test their cursive reading skills on copies of hand-written Shaker journal entries.
