Volunteer Events Prep Meeting & Logistics Overview– Community Closet (Ages 12+)

If you have signed up or plan to serve during our three-day event, please plan to attend this brief meeting so you’re fully prepared for your role.

Agenda:
• What to expect in each area (March 12–14)
• Connect with team leads
• Light training discussion
• Final logistics & set-up details
• Arrival instructions and how to prepare for your shift

Our goal is to be as quick as possible and be done by 2:30 if not sooner.

Please arrive by 1:00 PM — we will begin promptly.
