Get ready to roll up your sleeves and learn how to make Vietnamese-inspired dumplings from scratch with Chef Joe — right here in The Coop at Eavesdrop Brewery!

This interactive class will take you through everything from making your own dough to prepping flavorful fillings and mastering classic folding techniques. You’ll cook your dumplings to perfection (steaming, boiling, or pan-frying), finish them with a bold dipping sauce, and walk away with skills you can use at home.

Whether you’re a total kitchen newbie or a seasoned dumpling enthusiast, this class is designed to be fun and hands-on — no prior experience required. All tools and ingredients are provided. Drinks are not included with your ticket price, but, of course, we’ll have delicious beers on deck for purchase.

What you’ll learn & experience:

• Make dumpling dough and wrappers from scratch
• Prepare both savory pork and veggie dumpling fillings
• Practice shaping and folding techniques
• Cook and taste your creations
• Tips from Chef Joe on ingredients and tools
