This trip is totally different from any of my other trips.
1) It’s longer traveling time
2) It’s going to require homework / planning to see as much as you can on you
3) It’s first come on reservation
NO holds on seats - I’m sorry.
4) It requires 2 drivers. Thankfully Jackie agreed to take this trip for me to offer.
5) You’ll will be dropped of Friday morning at the WELCOME CENTER. I will ride with them to the hotel to unload your luggage. It will be placed in the convention room. You’ll go get it when you get your room key from me that Friday night. The motor coach will pick us up Friday night at TBD ____PM. If you are there you’ll be taken to the hotel. We will only shuttle that one time Friday night. The hotel is like 30 min away.
Saturday morning you’ll wake up, breakfast at hotel. Bring luggage to be have it loaded at check out & reloading to head to your again all day Saturday. They’ll shuttle us to the WELCOME center and drop us. Now…if you are not ready at set time. That is ok BUT you’ll have to get your own transportation to Woodstock & bring luggage down before we leave. We won’t be back at hotel Saturday night. Saturday night they will pick us up in Woodstock at set time TBD ____pm as to when places close up and I’ll make calls as months go on. You’ll know this info the first of spring.
6) 1 night in hotel Friday night to sleep & rest.
7)😎 1 suitcase per person for storage. With full name & Jenkins Red Eye on it. This worked perfect on other trips.

Dates: Thurs Sept 25, 2025 will load at 3:30pm and depart at 4pm. Ingles Kingsport TN
We will travel all evening,night and early morning. If New York is too long for you this trip isn’t for you. It’s not bad. We make plenty of stops but just so you’re aware.
We will have a stop to freshen up.
Bring your change of clothes separately. We won’t unload suitcases.
Friday Sept 26,2025 we will drop off at @ 8:30a “traffic permitting” at The Welcome Center. You are free to explore you own plans. Check places for reservation and transportation.
Use Google, Pinterest, Chat GPT to help you plan your itinerary for each day.
Make sure when you get to room make sure there is no issues. If so report any problem or issue to front desk.
**No charges on your room is permitted from the gift shops or bar area or room service.
Saturday Sept 26th, 2025 you’ll bring luggage down with you to check out, reload luggage and transported to Woodstock day 2 and as you head out please return your key card to front desk.
We travel home thru Saturday night and arrive home Sunday September 28th @ 3pm (just a plan)
We will make plenty of stops going and back but our time will be slotted for 30 min unless it’s a lunch / dinner stop. That would be announced.
To secure your trip / seat deposits of $300 per traveler / per seat will be accepted and balances are due by May 1st 2025. No later due to blocked rooms will be released on this date. Unless o have to extend it but I would post this updated info. If late you’ll loose your money paid toward the trip.
You can also pay in full and that is up to you. Don’t wait to reserve at this date. That only tells me no one is interested and I’ll have to cancel. I have to send $$ in soon to hold my blocked rooms. This gives you a year to pay the balance in full. You can always pay every so often once the deposit is in to secure your trip.
IF I don’t have enough to go I will refund but I won’t make the call till 30 days of trip date. Just FYI….trips don’t fill as fast and I’ll give as long as I can but don’t keep messaging me in the spring about a trip in the fall. If I cancel refunds will be issued 30 days after trip date.
No REFUNDS offered. I do know a company that offers Travel Insurance you can look into. I don’t offer this but you can check it out. If you want that you can message me and I’ll get the info for you. This would get your $$ back if you have an emergency, death, sick ect….but read the fine print. Just a FYI….
I’m in no way responsible for the trip insurance for your emergency.
Once you’re paid in full the seat is yours. If an emergency arises, you are welcome to resell your seats on your page and or you can give them to a family or a friend. Just let me know if you are changing the names by Aug 15,2025 before I turn in the room list.

3 person $1125 ~ $375 each
4 person $1425 ~ $357 each
This includes transportation, w one hotel night 30/35 minute shuttle ONE time..Friday night and Saturday morning & pick up Saturday night, Continental breakfast is included at hotel, and your luggage taken off bus to storage Friday morning. Coaches do have WiFi but can’t guarantee service if we are in the mountains. There are charging outlets at the seats but 1 bus of 5 in the fleet they are every other seats but we all help each other to get your phones charged. If we happen to get that motor coach.
Outlets are not equipped for charging Laptops, CPAP machines, curling irons ect…
Just phones please.
