Low Impact | Full Body | Bodyweight Only Take an hour just for you with this feel-good, low-impact full-body workout—no equipment needed, just your body, your breath, and some movement that feels good. We’ll move through a flow of strength, balance, and mobility-focused exercises designed to leave you feeling strong, sweaty and refreshed. Whether you’re easing back into movement or just looking for something gentle but effective, this class meets you where you are.
