Colona Walk/Run Club

**Colona Walking/Running Club – FREE & Fun!**

Take the hardest step—out your front door—and join us every Thursday! 🚶🏃

📍 Where: Colona Grade School Track (700 1st St, Colona, IL)

👟 Who: Open to all fitness levels (ages 9+). Kids 9-15 must have a guardian.

📅 When: Thursdays through November 20th (weather permitting)

Walk as many laps as you’d like or level up your running with expert-led drills, endurance training, and fun fitness tools like sandbags, kettlebells, and even tractor tires! Every week is a new experience—don’t miss out!
