📘 Course Content:
• Biosafety Level-2 and Molecular Diagnostic Lab Training
• Nucleic acid extraction
• Real-Time PCR (RT-PCR): Primer designing, hands-on practice, and data analysis
• Sequencing-based diagnostics: Hands-on training in Next Generation Sequencing (NGS) using Oxford Nanopore Technology (ONT) and result analysis
• Loop Mediated Isothermal Amplification (LAMP): Concepts and applications
🎯 Target Audience:
• Students in Biomedical Science, Molecular Biology, and Biotechnology
• Research and Technical Officers in medical or industrial laboratories
• Advanced-level Biology Teachers
• Researchers and other interested individuals

Successful completion of GCE (Advanced Level) in Science Stream
