Die slowenische Kultband Laibach !
Mit der OPUS DEI TOUR bringt das Kollektiv ein neues Programm rund um Musik von ihrem ikonischen Album "Opus Dei" von 1987, das 2025 in einer remastered Edition erscheint. Und mit dabei auch - wie immer bei Laibach - Neues und Überraschungen und eine grossartig produzierte Bühnenperformance.
Gegründet 1980 im damals jugoslawischen Trbovlje und später Mitbegründer und musikalischer Arm des interdisziplinären Kunstkollektivs Neue Slowenische Kunst (NSK) bewegen sich Laibach seit jeher in kaum schubladisierbaren musikalischen Gefilden zwischen brachialem Industrial, Metal, Elektro, Post-Punk und Neo-Klassik/Avantgarde - gepaart mit einer zynisch-totalitären Ästhetik voll bitterer Systemkritik, Provokation, Subversion und krudem Humor. Einzigartig und genial - wir freuen uns extrem, Laibach bei uns in der Essigfabrik Köln zu Gast zu haben.
