Join this Virtual Community Open House to learn about the proposal for the development of Terminals Point, in the Town of Collingwood. The Private Development Site consists of appropriately one acre of the total 20 acres of the Collingwood Spit. ERA, DTAH and COBE will share how the design of the proposed development celebrates the history of the site and introduces new uses to active the Collingwood Spit throughout the year. The development, along with the revitalized waterfront, will create an iconic landmark for the Town of Collingwood.
The event will conclude with responses to questions submitted by the public in advance. All questions must be submitted prior to the event. The project team will try to answer all questions submitted.
