RESCHEDULED: Paperbark Flats & White Rock Spring Mountain Conservation Estate - BQ Outing

This is an iconic Ipswich site on the Brisbane side of Ipswich that offers a wide variety of bushland birds.

It is a shady, easy grade 2 walk on unsealed, graded, undulating surface through mature forest, for about 1100 metres of the main White Rock Track. We will detour on return to do Six Mile Creek boardwalk with its huge stands of paperbarks. Two optional shorter but rougher walks with hilly sections to Little White Rock Lookout and Bluff Lookout, with differing, somewhat drier habitats, are also available.
