Hidden in Plain Sight: Uncovering Resources for Residents is a community conversation designed for neighbors, leaders, and stakeholders in Collierville, Eads, and South Cordova who want to better understand what support systems exist—and why so many residents still struggle to find them. Whether it’s food, housing, mental health services, or educational opportunities, this event opens the door for real talk about resource awareness, accessibility, and trust.

In a region known for its growth and opportunity, residents still report not knowing where to go for help. This event is about uncovering what’s already here, bridging the gaps in visibility and navigation, and working together to make support easier to find and easier to use.

A recent survey of District 2 residents revealed:

• 35.29% said they do not know where to find resources when they need them.

Whether it’s a lack of information, outreach, or trust, this conversation will focus on solutions that make local services more accessible and resident-friendly.

Expert Insights – Hear from local service providers, navigators, and community leaders who are working to make support systems more transparent and effective.
Community Conversations – Participate in small group discussions to share what’s working, what’s not, and where the biggest gaps remain.
Resource Fair – Connect directly with organizations offering food, housing, health, education, and utility support.
Collaborative Problem Solving – Work together on ideas to improve visibility, simplify navigation, and strengthen trust in available resources.
