Join us for a community-wide celebration of Collierville’s railroading legacy, with activities across multiple historic locations:
📍 Morton Museum (196 Main St)
· Model train displays by the TCA Casey Jones Chapter & the local Garden Railroad group
· Railroad safety info from TDOT
· Hands-on family activities
· FREE MemPops for the first 350 guests
· Special commemorative gift for the first 50 visitors
📍 Depot Visitors Center (Collierville Town Square)
· N-scale model railroad by Bluff City Benders
· Step aboard three historic railcars
· 10:30 AM guided talk at Frisco 1351 steam engine
· Live bluegrass music on the Square, 11-2pm
· Picnic tables on Rowlett Street—bring lunch or grab takeout from local restaurants and enjoy the music!
📍 Germantown Train Depot (2260 West St)
· Take a rare look inside this historic site during open hours from 10 AM–3 PM
This isn’t just a museum visit—it’s a full day of trains, tunes, and history!
Presented by the Town of Collierville's Morton Museum and Parks, Recreation, and Cultural Arts Department. A heartfelt thanks to the City of Germantown for opening their depot on this special day!
