Self Defense Classes

Learn to feel empowered and secure! This self-defense class provides practical skills to de-escalate situations and defend yourself against threats. We'll cover awareness, assertive communication, and physical techniques, equipping you with the confidence to protect yourself. Parents can participate and are required to attend. Comfortable clothing is recommended.
