This midweek reset is open to both women and men looking for a safe, welcoming space to breathe, move, and recharge. Through gentle stretching and calming sound meditation, we help you release built-up tension and reset your mind and body.

Whether you’re navigating a busy week, feeling stressed, or simply need a moment to pause, this is your invitation to unwind, refresh, and leave feeling renewed.
