A 4-day yoga & meditation retreat in the Caralan mountains

We invite you to experience the magic of yoga and take the time to pause and connect on this 4-day retreat. In an intimate group of max 13 people, we will stay in an isolated, self-sustaining farmhouse surrounded by nature.

There will be lots of movement, yoga, live music, hiking and ecstatic dance. You'll also have the chance to turn inward and explore the deeper layers of your being through meditation, silence, journaling, sound healing and yoga philosophy.

We will enjoy delicious and healthy vegan food, cooked with love. This retreat will nourish your body, mind and soul. Immerse yourself in the beautiful nature of Catalonia where we will share moments of introspection, movement and connection.

Teacher
Meet Lizzy: a passionate yoga practicioner and teacher. Ever since Lizzy started to deepen her yoga practice, it has helped her transform, heal and grow in many ways.
With dedication and joy she will guide you through classes that are both dynamic and introspective. You will find a blend of movement and stillness, infused with elements of meditation, breathwork, chanting, and yoga philosophy.

Location
We'll be staying at Casa el Pui, a charming self-sufficient farmhouse nestled in the Catalan pre-Pyrenees in Coll de Nargó. Surrounded by nature and built with love, this little paradise is made even more special by the warm hospitality of its owners, Ana, Alex, and their daughter Gala, who welcome us with open hearts. You will feel at home right away.
Ana, an incredible cook, will nourish us with healthy vegan meals, some ingredients coming straight from their garden. Alex is a a mountain guide and will lead us on a hike, sharing his passion for nature and his insights about the area.
The farmhouse has been sustainably restored using eco-friendly materials and runs entirely on renewable energy. It offers spacious rooms with a private bathrooms. There is a terrace with breathtaking views for outdoor practice, and a beautiful yoga shala for indoor sessions.

How to get there
Casa el Pui is a 2,5 hour drive away from Barcelona. We will get shared rental cars departing from Barcelona. The transportation costs are between 40-55 euros per person and are not included in the retreat price.

Cancellation Policy
In case you have to cancel your participation before April 1st, you'll receive a 50% refund of the reservation fee. After April 1st, refunds will not be available, but you can find someone else to take your spot.
