NEW MOON EVENING WELL-BEING BY THE SEA @ CASTLEROCK BEACH

Join me at Castlerock beach for an evening of holistic well-being with the new moon energy.

We will spend the evening connecting with ourselves and others through some mindful movement, breathwork, meditation, journaling, fire ceremony. All finished off with a sea dip which is optional, you can just dip your toes and then toast some yummy smores in the fire pit under the stars.

So looking forward to meeting you all and having a powerful evening of releasing, healing and connection. Getting you aligned and ready to take on the weekend with a deeper sense of positive mental and emotional health and well-being.

If you could bring a yoga/exercise mat, towel or camping chair to sit or lay on, an optional blanket, cushion/pillow and lots of cosy warm gear including hats and towels for after your dip.

Bring some warm drinks and snacks to chill and connect after.
