Pole Silks Beginner Series

Ready to take your pole journey to new heights? Our 6-week Pole Silks series is the perfect introduction for beginners who want to explore the beautiful fusion of pole and aerial silks.

In this course, you’ll learn how to use silks attached to the pole to create stunning shapes, build strength, improve flexibility, and develop fluidity in your movement — all in a safe and supportive environment.

No prior experience needed! Whether you’re brand new to pole or looking to add something fresh and exciting to your dance repertoire, this series is designed to help you feel strong, confident, and empowered.

This series runs for 6 classes every Sunday at 11am from August 3-September 21. There will be no classes on Aug 17 or Aug 31.
