Support group session including a chair yoga class

This Friday's session we will be joined by Michelle:

Michelle teaches chair yoga and mat based classes in Great Bentley and Weeley, which are open to everyone.

She has a special interest in teaching adults with supported learning needs and earlier this year completed a teacher training course with 'Special Yoga.'
For the last few months, Michelle has been teaching adults with supported learning needs at ECL Woodlands Hub in Colchester. She has also taught adults with dementia at ECL Marylands Hub, Colchester.

During this summer, Michelle ran a series of yoga sessions for trainees at Level Best Cafe in Colchester. Michelle had a twenty year teaching career, mostly within SEN settings, finishing with six years teaching adults with supported learning needs dance, drama and art at ACL Colchester.

Taking care of ourselves is just as important � I look forward to seeing you; usual time 12.30-14.00.
