Do you believe in love at first sight?

Colchester Actor's Theatre, kicks off their first annual event SHAKESPEARE ON THE GREEN with the well-known romantic tragedy: ROMEO & JULIET. Join us on the Colchester Green July 17th and 18th at 6:30pm as a stunning cast of Connecticut actors bring to life the story Romeo Montague and Juliet Capulet who fall passionately in love, despite their families' long-standing animosity, and seek to overcome the obstacles to their union. Their love is tragically cut short by fate, violence, and miscommunication, leading to their deaths and ultimately bringing the families together.

Bring your own chairs and blankets, and settle in for an evening of star-crossed love, exciting fight scenes, and tragic endings.

Tickets are free, but donations are encouraged and appreciated.
