Self-Care Saturday Sound Bath
Savor a Saturday evening with restorative rest, mindfulness, and connection. This sound bath is all about connecting with your inner calm and allowing a feeling of peace to penetrate your very being. Our schedules can feel quite busy so this is the perfect opportunity to slow down and nourish the mind/body/soul. We will begin with a brief meditation to settle in and quiet the mind before you drift away to the sounds of the quartz crystal singing bowls, chimes, and gong, as well as other soothing instruments. Simply lie down, close your eyes, and let the healing vibrations wash over you.
What to bring: a yoga mat, 2 pillows, 2 blankets, and a water
