Join us on Friday 10th October 2025 Colchester Rugby Club to take on a challenge that makes a difference! Walk the fire and light your mind, in support of your local mental health services!

A £35 ticket per person includes:
🔥 Firewalk led by Time4Change Firewalk
🍕 A fresh woodfired oven pizza
📜 A certificate to show you did it!
