About the event

Cactus Making + Meditation Workshop

Come and share in the meditative experience of selecting and planting your own mini cactus. Then, join me for a relaxing meditation in which you reflect on the process and the ethical practice of aparigraha (the yama of non-attachment).

Dress in warm, comfy clothes that allow you to sit comfortably. Props will be provided, but feel free to bring any additional props that make you happy.

All materials will be provided, and you will leave with your own creation.
