We will explore Preparing for Shadow Work - mindset, self-care
journaling, support systems and utilizing tools (body awareness, astrology, divination) to help guide your journey.
(We will consider the following astrology placements - Saturn, Pluto, Chiron, Lilith, and North Node. Please bring your chart or we can attain on for you at the workshop. Note: you will need your birth place, birth date, and time of birth).
