In this 90-minute workshop, we’ll create a safe and sacred space to quiet the mind, open the heart, and explore your natural ability to receive spiritual guidance. Through journaling, gentle reflection, and a 20-minute hypnosis experience, you’ll be invited to meet your guide in a way that feels personal and meaningful.
