FALLING SLOWLY: Slow Flow + Sound Bath w/ Sally & Shy

Surrender to gravity and explore the sensation of release as the leaves begin to turn and we invite Fall into our lives. 75 minutes of slow flow (LIVE music), a fifteen minute sound bath, followed by (optional) guided journaling exploring themes of release.

Sally & Shy are both certified yoga teachers with performance backgrounds. In addition to teaching at Balance, Sally can be seen on the South Shore directing theatre, while Shy can be seen playing at local spots including Lenny's Hideaway and Split Rock in Cohasset. Recently they welcomed their daughter Cleo into the world, who is already getting started in her yoga practice - her favorite pose is happy baby!
