Winter Sound Session

28th June, 2-4pm, $35 PP

Join Naomi, founder of Breath & Flow, for a cosy, calming afternoon of sound, breathwork and gentle movement.

Moving into winter, this session will focus on allowing stillness, clearing space and enjoying the gentle softness of the cooler months.

You can expect to feel comforted, connected and relaxed as we explore simple breathwork, gentle Yin yoga postures to relax the body, flowing then into a nourishing, rejuvenating Sound Bath, utilizing the healing benefits of Tibetan and crystal singing bowls, drums, voice and chimes – all that is needed to absorb the benefits of a sound bath is to allow for release and relaxation.
