RIVAS - Raising Indigenous Voices in Academia & Society Conference – is coming to Australia for the first time and will be held on Gumbaynggirr Country, Coffs Harbour!
The event will be held across 3 days in July 2025 where we will have delegates flying in from all over the world to present and attend the conference.
Developed by Dr. Neyooxet Greymorning and proudly sponsored by Hinono’eitiit Hoowu' Inc & NSILC, RIVAS 2025 is an event aimed to unite individuals worldwide to share, connect, and elevate Indigenous voices in academia.
In acknowledging the scholarship of Indigenous academics and speakers, whose cultures have helped shape anthropology, archeology and linguistics history, as well as other disciplines, an invitation is extended for abstract submissions for paper presentations, or to register to attend the 2025 RIVAS conference.
