2026 NIBCA Parade of Homes

Join us for the 2025 NIBCA Parade of Homes, an exciting event that showcases the latest in home design and construction by local builders in North Idaho. Organized by the North Idaho Building Contractors Association (NIBCA), this annual Parade offers an exclusive look at 13 stunning homes over two weekends in September.

September 13, 11am-5pm

September 14, 11am-4pm

September 19, 1pm-6pm

September 20, 11am-5pm

September 21, 11am-4pm

• Experience a variety of styles, from sleek and modern to traditional and elegant.
• Witness the latest trends and innovations in home design and construction.

One Ticket, Multiple Visits:

• A single ticket allows you to tour all of the houses in the parade on any and every day of the event.
• Show your Eventbrite ticket at any Parade home for entry and receive your People's Choice ballot, your Parade of Homes guidebook, and map of all the homes.

The NIBCA Parade of Homes not only highlights the craftsmanship and creativity of local home builders but also serves as a fundraiser for the North Idaho Building Contractors Association. • $10 per person (one ticket per person can be used for all the Parade homes on all Parade days)
