🌞 Beach Potluck Party — Tuesday, Aug 12th! 🏖️🍉
Join us for a laid-back, fun-filled beach potluck by the lake! We’ll gather at the NIC beach area (off the dike road on E. Rosenberry Drive) at the picnic tables on the big corner where you can see Cedar’s restaurant across the water for good food, sunshine, and connection.
What to bring:
🥘 A main dish, side, or dessert to share
🥤 Your own drinks
🍽️ Reusable plate, bowl & utensils (to help us reduce waste!)
🪑 A camp chair or blanket to sit on
Fresh, homemade food is always appreciated — but store-bought is totally welcome too! Hearty mains like baked or fried chicken, pizza, mac & cheese, meatballs, mashed potatoes, rice dishes, or fun salads are all perfect. Bonus points if you bring a warm veggie dish! 😋🥗🍛
Invite your people! Family, friends, neighbors, coworkers — everyone is welcome! 🧍♀️👩🦳👨🦰🧒🙋♂️
♻️ We’re aiming for a low-waste event! I’ll bring 20 reusable plates and silverware for 30. If you have extras to share or can bring your own, even better!
