An Evening in India with Chef Lesa

A night in India, join Chef Lesa for a culinary adventure! Big bold spices, techniques and flavor! To begin your evening, we will create Cucumber Raita Salad, cukes on a bed of Greek yogurt with a sizzling spice drizzle. The main course will be Butter Chicken! Mouthwatering, delicately spiced chicken in a warm curry. This dish will be served with Mujadara, a spiced lentil and rice dish. Handmade buttery Naan will be served with dinner! $65
