Discover how aligning your business with a unified community narrative strengthens the whole. This session dives into Cody's regional identity, how to reflect it in your messaging, and why a shared voice—even from non-tourism sectors—builds a stronger, more connected local economy.
WEEK 3 - October 21: Social Media That Feels Like a Handshake
From photo captions to comments, your online presence should feel as warm as a storefront greeting. We’ll show you how to create approachable, engaging content that reflects the values and voice of Cody while inviting authentic connection—even if you’re marketing B2B or behind the scenes.
WEEK 4 - October 28: The Power of Referrals & Cross-Promotion
Great communities lift each other up. Learn practical ways to collaborate with fellow businesses, create reciprocal referrals, and build partnerships that enrich the entire community - from storefronts to service providers to trades.
WEEK 5 - November 4: Hospitality During High Season: Training & Culture
During peak times, it’s easy for service to slip. This week focuses on building a resilient team culture that maintains warm, attentive hospitality under pressure. Tools shared will apply to both front-facing businesses and those managing internal or behind-the-scenes teams.
WEEK 6 - November 18: Making Visitor Experience Your Best Marketing Funnel
Turn guests and clients into ambassadors by creating memorable moments worth sharing. Learn how to collect testimonials, encourage social tags, and turn reviews into reach. Whether your audience is local or global, great experiences drive great growth.
