This contemporary dance workshop, led by members of the Latin American community, invites you to explore movement as a powerful tool for self-expression, connection, and togetherness. It’s not about knowing how to dance — it’s about feeling, discovering, and sharing.
In this session, you’ll explore the fundamentals—such as breath, weight, flow, and spatial awareness—through guided exercises designed to awaken your body and senses.
No dance background is needed. This is a welcoming space for anyone curious about moving, expressing, and connecting through dance.
Beyond technique, the workshop invites you to build a deeper connection with yourself and others in a relaxed, playful environment that celebrates Latin cultural spirit.
