We are excited to welcome you to the 2025/26 school year! To help you start strong, BCPS is hosting Back-to-School Ready on Thursday, August 7, from 4 – 7 p.m. at three District locations.
This event is designed to support both new and returning families by:
Assisting with registration, transportation services, and meal applications
Offering school immunizations (parent/guardian must be present)
Connecting families with representatives to discuss grade-level expectations, tutoring, academic support, and FAST assessment guidance
Facilitating support from Exceptional Student Education, Student Services, the Homeless Education Assistance Resource Team, and school counselors
Guiding families with accessing and using the Focus parent portal
New to BCPS? You will receive a special Welcome to Broward County Public Schools Resource Packet with all the information you need to register your child at their home school site on Friday, August 8.
