Mat Pilates Teacher Training

Pilates is a great complement to a yoga practice, and draws on many of the same principles. It is a method of low impact exercise that builds overall flexibility, strength and endurance. Pilates emphasizes proper postural alignment, core strength, and muscle balance.
Are you a yoga or fitness instructor who is interested in teaching mat Pilates or incorporating Mat Pilates exercises into your yoga classes? Or perhaps you are not an instructor but would like to learn more for your own personal growth and fitness development? This 2-day in-depth training will help you accomplish these goals. After successful completion, you will be awarded a Yoga Cure Mat Pilates Training Certificate (6 hours).
