Join the Florida Surf Museum for the premier of “Surfing is a Natural Art- An Interview with Pete and Debbie Dooley”. In this video, Pete and Debbie recount their decades spent in the surf industry.

Additionally, there will be a book signing with the author Dan Reiter for his new book, "On a Rising Swell", with stories about living and surfing on the Space Coast

Beginning as teenagers, they moved from the gulf coast to Cocoa Beach, making boards in a Visqueen plastic-covered shed. They built their business to become one the most of influential and successful manufacturers on the east coast -until the 9/11 tragedy forced them to close their doors.

Pete has been inducted into the East Coast Surfing Hall of Fame as well as the Surfboard Builders Hall of Fame.

There will be a silent auction for a “new” Natural Art twin fin fish made from a blank from this year’s “Surf Expo Shape-off, in Honor of Pete Dooley”, donated by Ricky Carrol. All proceeds from the auction will be donated to Pete and Debbie Dooley.
