CFR Summer Day

Cumberland Fell Runners welcome you and your family to the Loweswater Village Hall on the 23rd August 2025 for the C.F.R Summer Day.

It will be a day planned with running challenges suitable for all ages, food and party games
for all the family to enjoy.

The ‘Melbreak and back’ challenge for seniors and the older junior categories, in addition to suitable challenges up the side of Melbreak for the younger categories.

Events are to take place roughly between 10:00-15:00, with the exact order of the day and details to follow closer to the event.

Please save this in your diary and respond to this email/ post/ facebook event/ stack app event so that we can get an approximate idea of numbers and arrange for additional parking if required.
