Group Hypnotherapy for Letting Go with Sound-Healing

Join us for a deeply restorative group hypnotherapy experience designed to help you gently release what no longer serves you. Guided relaxation and therapeutic visualization will blend with the soothing frequencies of sound healing to calm the nervous system, open the heart, and create space for emotional and energetic letting go. As the vibrations wash through you, you’ll be supported in softening old patterns, grounding your spirit, and reconnecting with a sense of inner clarity and freedom. This session is an invitation to surrender, reset, and realign with your true self.

Please bring what you need for maximum comfort, such as blankets, pillows, and a water bottle; wearing pyjamas is encouraged. Comfy mattresses will be provided.
