First event of the season!

Friends, desert rats, countrymen (and countrywomen), lend me your ears. Rich and I are now co-Charing the Barn raisers. The next event will be at my house on Saturday October 18th. We will have a multi-tiered approach. We will be building a block wall for my porch, an earth bag wall for the adjacent outdoor patio and doing W**d whacking and yard cleanup as well. What we get done depends on how many show up. I'll be making chili, cornbread and salad so any adds will be welcome. My birthday is the 16th so also Happy Birthday to me and all other October birthdays. Maybe just add this each month for the B-days,,, Our next event will be the second Saturday of November with all following events being the second Saturday of the month.
