The group training session is part of a weekend special event, which also includes a day of 1-hour private coaching sessions, also in Cobourg, on Saturday June 7 (see the other email). If you have not met with Souha or trained with the Way of Life before, booking a private session on June 7 is required to sign up for the June 8 group class.
